
Booking Disclaimer:
- For Move-ins/outs or Enhanced (Deeper Cleanings), please contact us directly at 623-505-8594 to schedule your booking.
- All bookings will be confirmed based on employee availability.
- Visual inspection–
- A 10-minute “on-site” assessment of the home is also necessary to verify the quote and determine the number of cleaners needed. A $75 deposit is required to secure your booking at the time of inspection. This deposit is refundable if canceled up to 2 business days prior-to your scheduled cleaning.
- Any pricing adjustments will be communicated during the visual inspection.
- Our team will reach out within 1 business day to schedule the visual inspection.
- If we can’t confirm a visual inspection within 24 hours of your booking, we will unfortunately need to cancel it.
Discounts for recurring cleanings include:
- 15% off for bi-weekly services.
- 10% off for monthly services.
- 10% off for military personnel.
Additional options for ongoing cleaning:
- Feel free to remove bathrooms and/or bedrooms if you don’t need them cleaned every time.
- We can rotate in baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, windows, patio doors, ovens etc. for an extra charge as these typically don’t need cleaning at every visit.

To ensure a thorough and timely cleaning experience, our typical team consists of 1-5 skilled specialists. They are trained to work in sync, utilizing their expertise to deliver exceptional results.

We understand the importance of familiarity and building trust. Upon your request, we strive to assign the same specialists to your home for each cleaning session. However, we also value the well-being of our team, and occasionally, they may have scheduled days off or early departures. Payment Process:
To streamline the payment process, all cleaning charges will be processed on the date of service. This ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a clean home without any additional steps.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations or rescheduling are necessary. If you need to cancel a recurring clean within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied. We believe in transparency and want to be fair to our specialists, as we may not have sufficient time to schedule alternative work for them. However, we always strive to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution whenever possible.
