Our 3-Hour Spruce-Up Cleaning is perfect for homes that need a gentle pick-me-up without the intensity of a deep clean. This service focuses on surface cleaning, light detailing, dusting of baseboards and ceiling fans, and light mopping throughout the home to give your space a fresh, tidy feel. Homes under 2000 square feet typically range from 2.5 to 4 hours. Time in excess of 3 hours will be pro-rated $60 per hour in 15 min increments.

⏱ Time & Pricing Policy
This service includes up to 3 hours of refresh cleaning.
If your home requires more time due to condition, buildup, or additional requests:
Additional time is billed at $60 per hour, prorated. If the cleaning goes 30 minutes over the 3 hours, that’s two 15-minute increments.
So it would be $30 extra.
($60 per hour ÷ 4 increments = $15 per increment → 2 increments = $30)
We will always communicate before extending the appointment.
📋 Required Onsite Inspection
To ensure accurate expectations and avoid surprises, we require a quick onsite inspection prior to your cleaning day.
This visit helps us confirm the home’s condition, clarify your priorities, and verify that the Refresh Cleaning is the right fit.
If the inspection is not completed before the scheduled cleaning, the appointment will be canceled.
💳 Deposit Requirement
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is applied toward your final balance on the day of service.
